Summary:

Consumer giving his premises on rent -- Purpose for which electricity service connection originally released changing because of the renting out of the premises -- DISCOM getting to know of the change subsequently on its own during a routine inspection -- Consumer complaining that the delay in changing the category has resulted in devolving of liability of arrears on him instead of on the person who was let out the premises -- Held not tenable as the consumer had never made the DISCOM privy to his act of letting out the premises in the first place.
